Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated July 20, 2026
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. It’s part of our Terms of Service. We try to be fair and straightforward — if something went wrong, talk to us first and we’ll do our best to make it right.
The free preview costs you nothing
If we give you a free homepage preview or 48-hour draft, there’s nothing to refund because there’s nothing to pay. Viewing a preview never obligates you to buy, and you’re free to walk away with no charge and no hard feelings.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Monthly plans — such as SEO, website management, security, and ads management — are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, either:
- email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, or
- use the billing/manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt or customer portal, if one was provided.
Please give us at least 3 days’ notice before your next billing date so we can stop the upcoming charge in time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — we don’t cut you off early. We don’t pro-rate or refund a partial month once that month has started.
What is and isn't refundable
One-time build work. Once we’ve started building your website, the setup and one-time work is non-refundable, because the time and design work has already been done. If you cancel after paying but before we’ve started any work, email us and we’ll refund the one-time portion, minus any third-party costs (like a domain) already incurred on your behalf.
Monthly plans. The current month’s fee is non-refundable once the month has begun, since the service (hosting, monitoring, ongoing work) is being delivered during that time. Cancelling simply stops future charges.
Third-party costs. Amounts we pay to others on your behalf — domains, premium fonts, stock media, paid ad spend — are non-refundable once purchased or spent.
If something isn't right
If you’re unhappy with the work, tell us before requesting a refund. Most issues are things we can fix quickly during the revision stage — that’s exactly what the preview-and-refine process is for. If we genuinely can’t deliver what you ordered, we’ll work out a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund of the affected one-time work at our reasonable discretion.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear. We’ll always confirm a refund by email.
Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may pause active work while it’s resolved.
